Who We Are

We are excited that you are on our webpage. We hope this website will provide for you the needed information that you are seeking. FBC'S founder Bro Carl Hatmaker started our church in 1980 in a convenience store on the corner of U.S. 421 and Hurley Shortline Road in Richmond, Kentucky.  Forty-three years later God has given us a new home at 3100 Golden Leaf Boulevard in Richmond, KY. This great church now has a beautiful 250 seat auditorium with seventeen classrooms, a fellowship hall and several offices. Our new 16,000 square feet building sites on eight acres just a block from Duncannan Lane and three miles from exit 83 on I-75. Exciting days are ahead for us, but the purpose of FBC all these years has never changed "Proclaiming the Gospel to ALL" in our community,  state, nation and our world. We are preaching the same Gospel, using the same Bible, and trusting in the same God. My goal is that we continue to spread the gospel and God's Word to as many souls as possible.
